Tuesday Team Ride - 40.79

Tonight was another team ride. I made it 40.79 miles. The others had about another mile in on me. It was a brutal ride for me. I don't know if it was something I ate today or last night, but the right side of my abdomen was in pain the whole ride. Just a lot of Crohn's related gas buildup, but I was lagging behind. To top it off, I thought I had all my gear and wound up forgetting my cycling shoes. So pedaling was a little tougher and the pedals were poking my shoes the whole time. It was like walking long distance with rocks taped to the bottom. Still, with all the complications I managed to go 40 miles at a little higher than normal pace.
