I'm not used to eating breakfast, I usually have lunch, a snack and dinner. Mountain Dew used to be my breakfast. Now it has to be something, just not oatmeal or a clifbar. probably cheerios and a banana. We'll see how the rest of the week works out.

Running and Nutrition
When I signed up for this, I thought the hardest part was going to be the fundraising. I've been into this for almost a week and now I think it is going to be getting my diet under control enough so I can run a couple miles a day and then progressively more.

First group training session.
I recently signed up to run a Half Marathon in Vegas to raise funds for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. Today was our first group training session. I think I did really well for being a non-runner.
I managed to run/walk for about 2.5 miles. I ran more than I walked which is great for me considering its been at least 13 years since I've done any serious running.
