Running and Nutrition

When I signed up for this, I thought the hardest part was going to be the fundraising. I've been into this for almost a week and now I think it is going to be getting my diet under control enough so I can run a couple miles a day and then progressively more.

I'm not used to eating breakfast, I usually have lunch, a snack and dinner. Mountain Dew used to be my breakfast. Now it has to be something, just not oatmeal or a clifbar. probably cheerios and a banana. We'll see how the rest of the week works out.
